Thermal Zwie is XYZ PC GEAR’s high-performance thermal interface compound for efficient heat transfer between processors and cooling solutions. Its non-conductive formulation is designed for safe application, stable performance and demanding PC, gaming and electronics environments.

Blended with premium thermal fillers, it achieves 12.8 ±0.5 W/m·K thermal conductivity to dissipate heat from CPUs and GPUs. Maintaining stable performance across -50°C to 250°C, it handles sustained heavy loads and overclocking. Its low high-temperature weight loss slows paste drying and long-term thermal decay. The smooth paste can be thinly spread with the included spatula to eliminate air gaps. This non-conductive mix reduces short-circuit hazards during installation.

This XYZ thermal paste delivers high thermal conductivity of 12.8±0.5 W/m·K, efficiently transferring heat from CPUs, GPUs and power components to heat sinks.

Non-conductive

Non-conductive formulation greatly reduces short-circuit risk for safer application.

Steps 1

Clean the CPU surface of dust and debris.
Apply thermal paste at the center of the CPU.

Steps 2

Spread paste using the included spatula.
Achieve a paper-thin, even coating.

Spread evenly and avoid air bubbles.
Do not apply an overly thick layer.
